Inspired by the image titled Humpback taken by my husband underwater photographer Glen Cowans
Nothing can quite prepare you for that first moment when a massive humpback whale glides straight towards you from out of the blue. As graceful as a ballerina, it changes direction with but a subtle shift of its pectoral fins and glides past you only meters away. With one single look comes the realisation that you are the subject of its curiosity and the whale's eye itself seems to reflect the wisdom of the oceans. Humpback whales are found in every ocean and in Western Australia migrate almost the entire length of our coast.

I have carefully sealed the front and back of the image to ensure that it is water resistant. It will be OK if you get caught in the rain, but please avoid submerging it when swimming or bathing.
