Refund and Exchange Policy
I strive to provide you with quality products and excellent service. Please take a moment to review our refund and exchange policy to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
Change of Mind - Exchanges:
If you have a change of mind, I am happy to exchange your product within 14 days of receiving your parcel. To initiate the exchange process, please ship the product back in sellable condition.
Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings are excluded from this policy.
Upon receiving the returned item, we will issue a gift card or provide a replacement, as per your preference.
Refund for Faulty Products:
I stand by the quality of my products. If you receive a faulty item or an item becomes fault within the 14 day time frame, I am pleased to offer a refund once images are exchanged and we have received the product back.
I do not offer refunds for change of mind, but am committed to resolving any concerns through communication via email.
Please inspect your order upon receipt, and if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact me immediately to initiate the resolution process.
Product Care and Responsibility:
Please refer to our Product Care page to understand how to maintain your items and minimise wear and tear. All returns must be shipped back to Sea Drops Jewellery.
Customers are responsible for the item(s) until they reach us. We recommend using a signed-for delivery service or one that insures the value of the goods for your protection.
Cancellation Policy:
We do not cancel orders that have already been paid. Please contact info@seadropsjewellery.com for any issues or concerns, and I will be happy to communicate with you and find a resolution.
