Jewellery Care
We have carefully sealed the front and back of the image to ensure that it is water resistant. It will be OK if you get caught in the rain, but please avoid submerging it when swimming or bathing.  Each pendant is hand-created at our gallery and so some slight variations in composition and wood tone may occur.

About this design
Inspired by the image titled Alii taken by my husband underwater photographer Glen Cowans 

Alii
“Alii” is the Palauan Islands word for “Hello,” quite apt for this picture. Hawksbill turtles all have different personalities, some are shy, some placid, others extremely curious. This turtle had just settled onto the corals to rest when I approached it. As I composed the photograph it must have noticed its reflection in the front lens port of my camera and approached the glass. I took this shot then looked over the top and realised that its nose was almost touching the camera, a very curious little turtle.
